  • Since our products and services are custom-made, returns and refunds are limited.

  • A refund request will be considered only in cases of manufacturing defects, significant service delays, or incorrect product/service delivery.

  • Any return or refund request must be made within 7 days of delivery or service completion.

  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged due to improper handling by the client will not be eligible for returns.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items/services are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Custom-designed furniture, modular kitchens, and wardrobes.

  • Services that have already been initiated or completed.

  • Products that have been installed or altered from their original state.

  • Items damaged due to customer negligence, misuse, or external factors.

3. Process for Requesting a Return or Refund

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.

  • Any applicable transaction fees, processing charges, or deductions (if any) will be communicated before processing the refund.

  • If a refund is delayed, please contact us with your reference number for further assistance.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders for custom products/services can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • If production or work has already commenced, cancellations may be subject to deductions based on incurred costs.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us immediately.

  • We may offer a replacement, repair, or partial refund based on the severity of the issue.
