1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
Since our products and services are custom-made, returns and refunds are limited.
A refund request will be considered only in cases of manufacturing defects, significant service delays, or incorrect product/service delivery.
Any return or refund request must be made within 7 days of delivery or service completion.
Products that have been used, altered, or damaged due to improper handling by the client will not be eligible for returns.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items/services are not eligible for returns or refunds:
Custom-designed furniture, modular kitchens, and wardrobes.
Services that have already been initiated or completed.
Products that have been installed or altered from their original state.
Items damaged due to customer negligence, misuse, or external factors.
3. Process for Requesting a Return or Refund
If you meet the eligibility criteria, follow these steps:

Provide Details – Include order details, proof of purchase, and images/videos highlighting the issue.
Inspection & Approval – Our team will review the request and may schedule an inspection.
Resolution – If approved, we will initiate the return/replacement or refund as applicable.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.
Any applicable transaction fees, processing charges, or deductions (if any) will be communicated before processing the refund.
If a refund is delayed, please contact us with your reference number for further assistance.
5. Cancellations
Orders for custom products/services can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
If production or work has already commenced, cancellations may be subject to deductions based on incurred costs.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us immediately.
We may offer a replacement, repair, or partial refund based on the severity of the issue.
